How it works
Up and running in three steps

Choose a plan
Pick Starter or Pro on Shopify's secure plan page. Both start with a 7-day free trial.

Connect Xero
Sign in to Xero and choose the organisation your invoices should go to.

Orders post by themselves
Orders placed after you connect appear in Xero as sales invoices, usually within a minute.
What gets sent to Xero
Complete invoices, not just totals
- Customer matched to an existing Xero contact by email, or created for you
- Products as invoice lines with SKU, quantity and price
- Shipping and discounts as their own lines
- Your account codes and tax type, set once in Invoice settings
- Draft, Submitted or Authorised invoices, your choice
- No duplicates: each order is posted once, and cancelled orders are skipped
